How a good website can benefit your club
A client says that their website has helped with their funding efforts. The club has received a letter from the Bowls Development Alliance (BDA), supporting the club’s application for funding to assist in the renovation of their club pavilion. The BDA comments included:
“The club committee and members showed a real desire and commitment to bring about changes and look at new ways of doing things. One such example is the development of a brand-new website which could rival any sports clubs in design and content, showcasing bowls as an inclusive sport for all, and therefore attracting a much broader audience from its modernised and easily accessible online presence. … As an organisation itself funded by Sport England, we whole heartedly support their application …”
New website for Eastbourne Indoor Bowls Club
Sept 2019: Just launched ready for the 2019-20 indoor season, a brand new website for Eastbourne Indoor Bowls Club. Their previous website was designed and hosted here, but this new site enables EDIBC to update their website contents, news, social activities, bowls leagues and competitions themselves.
New West Berks Indoor Bowls Club site launched
Aug 2017: Another new website produced here for the West Berks Indoor Bowls Club, working with their Website Working Party to replace an older ‘static’ website. West Berks intend to send out email newsletters to Members, so development of this site also included a ‘subscribe to email’ facility.
